What we hold today. We have not opened yet, so we hold no customer data. The waitlist holds the email address you give us, any answers you give to our five questions, which of our links or which website brought you and your country, when you joined and confirmed, and which wording you agreed to.

Where it is kept. In a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., held in the European Union. Our emails are sent by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) from its servers in Ireland, with no tracking of opens or clicks.

Who can open it. Only the two people who run recmory can open the list, through our Cloudflare account. Nobody else has access.

Leaving. Every news email from us has a link to leave the list, and you can write to contact@recmory.com at any time. Our privacy notice says what we keep and for how long.
